Our greeting cards not only picture a lovely snapshot in time, but they also have a QR link to the actual video of where the photo was taken. A great gift, and a framable photograph! All photographs & footage were taken by us, Richard & Lauren, while we were out enjoying nature & it's wildlife.

If your QR codes aren't scanning, please check the settings on your phone, lighting, and the cleanliness condition of your phone/camera lens. QR code apps are sometimes more reliable than the camera. QR codes are linked to a URL, this link is honored for up to 6 months after purchase (they do not typically expire and should last years, but we do want to have a return policy for unforeseen events). We will send a replacement sticker or print (depending on the situation, & our discretion) if for some reason it isn't working properly up to 6 months after purchase date. Please provide proof of purchase, and proof that it is not physically damaged. Physical damage includes, but is not limited to, scratching, staining, fading or tearing. We may request the original to be returned if there is question as to the condition of the print. If the QR code is damaged, and you would like a replacement QR sticker to place over the damaged area, we are happy to send one with a small fee of $5.
