Earth Signs loose leaf tea is a herb & mushroom blend that I use to boost my daily routine with herbs and mushrooms that are traditionally used to support clarity and focus.

INGREDIENTS: (*Organic) *Pu'erh Yellow Tea,  *Dried Cordyceps Mushroom, *Dried Lion's Mane Mushroom, *Calendula Flower, *Roasted Dandelion Root

BREW INSTRUCTIONS FOR LOOSE LEAF: Place 2 tsp loose leaf tea into tea bag, strainer, or other tea brewing device. Place in cup. Pour 6-8oz hot water over the tea and steep for 3-5 minutes. Strain, sip & enjoy!
