Ingredients (*Organic): *Rooibos Tea, *Sweet Cinnamon Flake (Ceylon), *Ginger Root, *Dried Reishi Mushroom, *Cardamom Seed, *Clove
Brew Instructions: Steep 2 tsp tea in 8oz hot water for 20 mins. For more potency: Simmer covered on stovetop for 15-20 minutes, and steep an additional 10-20 minutes. You can simmer as long as 30 minutes if desired, adding water if needed. Strain, Sip & Enjoy! Sweeten & add milk to make a latte.
