*Shatavari Root, *Gotu Kola, *Astragalus Root, *Rose Hips, *Hibiscus Flower, *Green Cardamom Pod, *Licorice Root, *Orange Peel, *Calendula Flower, *Tremella Mushroom Extract Powder, *Mangosteen Powder (fruit & peel), *Turkey Tail Mushroom Extract Powder
No Flavorings Added. Just Pure Botanicals.
Brew Instructions:
Add 1 Tbsp tea to 16oz boiling water (212°F). Steep covered 15-20 mins. (Longer = Stronger).
For an even stronger brew, gently simmer 1 Tbsp tea in 16 oz water for 5 mins. Then steep 10-15 minutes.
Strain, sip, & enjoy!
NOTE: Re-steep tea for a second lighter cup. Enjoy daily with occasional pauses as part of a balanced herbal routine.
Pro Tip: Add a splash of fat to your brewed tea before drinking (ex: milk, coconut milk, MCT oil, ghee, olive oil, etc). This step will add support in digestion of fat soluble components.
Tasting Notes:
Tat Tea brews a beautiful blush red. Slightly sweet with floral and earthy notes, followed by a gentle hint of cardamom.
